Memoria del Trujal is an oxidative aged Garnacha wine
from Valmadrid, Zaragoza — a wine built on time, patience
and traditional winemaking, not on market trends.
Made from old-vine Garnacha, it undergoes a slow
oxidative ageing process with no aggressive intervention,
allowing the wine to evolve naturally through contact with oxygen, wood
and the warm microclimate of its surroundings.
The result is a wine of real depth: notes of dried fruits, noble
woods and a complexity that only years of patient ageing can produce.

How it is made
Produced from Garnacha grapes, Memoria del Trujal
follows a traditional oxidative ageing method rooted in the
