Memoria del Trujal is born from that ancient way of understanding
wine. A Garnacha wine that does not seek freshness or
immediacy, but the depth that only years and patience can give.
During its aging, the wine remains in contact with
air, wood and the warmth of the surroundings of Valmadrid,
slowly evolving towards notes of dried fruits, noble woods
and memories of another era.

How it is made
Produced from Garnacha grapes, Memoria del Trujal
follows a traditional oxidative ageing method rooted in the
winemaking heritage of Aragon, Spain. The process respects the natural
evolution of the wine over time — no shortcuts, no shortcuts, no fining agents,
no rush.
